"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

I am finally motivated...

...to attempt this:

I kept the girls home from childcare today because of Layla's lingering cough...so I decided I might as well start potty-training Daisy!  So far, it has been a partial success, but I foresee a LONG road ahead.

As you can see by this picture, Daisy was providing some great entertainment for my other girls!  They love to sit and encourage her :)

And just to prove how FAST they are growing up...this was less than a year ago that we were in the same boat with Layla!  Crazy.  Now I can hardly remember what it was like when Layla was in diapers.  Hopefully Daisy does as well as Layla did!

Yay! Sophie is potty training right now too. She is mostly good. Has one accident a day on average but sometimes goes a day without one. She's not nap or nighttime trained yet. She still wakes up with diapers that are soaking wet, so I'm not ready to attempt trying. Maybe Daisy and Sophie can have fun potty dates this weekend ;)

Best of luck. Toilet training always sounds awful to me. :)

Alisha...that sounds great! Maybe Sophie can give Daisy some tips :)

And Emily...I totally agree. I dread it EVERY time!

Oh the fun of potty training! She looks so proud of herself... It's amazing how grown up they look when you put those cute little panties on them :)
I potty-trained our little girls back in the Fall with the "3-Day Potty Training" method, and was shocked at how easy it was! They were both fully trained in 3 days. I wish I'd known about it when I trained the older 2 ;) Anyway, hope you have great success with Daisy, and hope you guys are doing well!
