Part Two: Cousin Reunion!
We woke up on Thursday morning and got ready for the day. We were getting ready to go over to Jenna's house to see the kids...but they beat us to it! They came running over to see us, and it was so great to hug them all again :)
Nathan read the kids a book...
And then we headed across the field to Jenna's house (actually, I know I keep referring to it as "Jenna's house"...but as I write this, it is now "Adam and Jenna's house". But in these pictures, they weren't married yet. So we will call it Jenna's house) :)
Fe and Layla. These two really connected the last time we were at CVE, in April. They just get along so well! It is really adorable.
This little guy was there to greet us on the wall right outside of Jenna's backyard. Yikes! Welcome to Mexico :)
Mari (my oldest niece) was trying to get it into a bucket, but I think she was kinda scared (can't imagine why!) So she got Nathan to capture it.
Oh boy. This was my first tarantula encounter. (Sarah, I had to think of you!!) The kids carried the bucket into the house to ask Adam if they could keep it! Thankfully, he said no. Not thankfully, the kids decided to LET THE THING GO. Sigh.
Adam and Jenna have a really nice porch on their house...we all spend a lot of time there.
And a nice sandbox in the corner of the yard. (Haha...in this picture Nathan is dumping sand out of his pocket that my nephew Leo put in there...lol).
The boy cousins...
Connor came to give the kids a gator ride (remember Connor, from the first post? Adam's best friend. Connor is great with kids!)
We were all excited to see Grandpa Dave and Grandma Terri! They sure had their hands full that week, with 9 grandkids!
Of course, Grandma's phone is always a hit :)
It was so wonderful to all be together again! Such fun times, with all those kiddos...a bit crazy at times, but very fun :) Stay tuned for more!!

Looks pretty hectic, but good. If I was there , that spider would be history.
Grandpa Jim
Yes, dad...if it was up to me, it would have been too! I shudder just thinking about it crawling around in the grass somewhere!
You are right... Gpa Dave & Gma Terri did have their hands full! And the spider definitely gives me the creeps too? Gma Jan
Sarah will probably never look at this post because of her fear of spiders. :) Love the updates!
