"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Wedding in Mexico--#5

Part Five:  Time For Wedding Pictures!

We woke up early on Saturday morning to get ready for wedding pictures.  The theory was to get an early start to beat the heat--so Adam and Jenna were supposed to start their pictures at 6:00!  Thankfully, we didn't have to be there until 7:30.

Turns out they got a bit of a later start than planned, but no worries there.  All the kids were perfectly content to hang out at Jenna's house watching Frozen until we were called to go.  :)

When Adam and Jenna were finished with their pictures, we were called out to go to the picture location...

Perla was looking very beautiful :)

Me and my kiddos, driving out to the picture site (just across campus).

A huge shout out to Jenna (a different Jenna, not my sis in law!)...she is such a great photographer.  She is quick and thorough--awesome job, Jenna!  (And by the way, these pics are from my own camera--not Jenna's. Hers will be MUCH better than mine!)

So here is the whole Mueller clan...

And the Nathan Mueller clan...

And a grandparent picture.  Love this!

The kids did great, even despite the heat.  Leo looked so handsome in his little suit and tie and cowboy boots!!

Love this one too, of Nathan and Jenna.  They have a super close relationship :)

Layla and Mili...

And then, wedding pictures were done before we knew it!

Next up:  change into more casual clothes for family pictures.  Nathan's mom wanted to update the pictures in her house, and this was really the perfect time to take new family pictures, since we were all together.  Not sure the kids were super excited about this plan, but oh well!  :)  So we headed back to Jenna's house to change...

And then went back out to the location for family pictures!  What a busy morning :)

Me and my bro-in-law, Kyle...

I didn't take a whole family pic with my camera, but here are Dave and Terri with the grandkids.  The kids did great, minus Daisy.  I think she may have been still feeling the effects from her sickness the night before.

I think this is just beautiful of Layla.

Sisters :)

And of course, Fe and Layla wanted a picture together.  They are such good buddies!

And then...we were done!  Phew.  This is how Nathan felt about all those pictures--time for a siesta!

For those of you who are still with me, thank you!  Just a couple more blogposts, and I can wrap up this trip.  I am really glad I took all of these pictures, even though it seems a bit over the top :)  Stay tuned for more...

All the pictures does look exhausting. I can see why Nathan collapsed on the bed. It's amazing how much bigger the Mueller family got all of a sudden.
